The other day I was perusing Amazon.com for the latest in design books and I came across this book: Bouquets with Personality by Lucinda Rooney. At first I was convinced there was a typo with the price – $2.99!! I bought that book in an instant, figuring that if I didn’t care for it I’m only out $2.99. Yesterday evening I sat on the patio with a glass of wine in one hand, this book in the other. I read every word, appreciating her journal keeping style of writing. Her childhood reminded me of mine, working in the garden next to my grandmother. I enjoyed the arrangements she included, lots of fun textures and varieties of flowers.
I thought to myself that I have to share this with Flirty Fleurs readers – who can pass up a hard cover floral design book that only costs $2.99???
