Viburnum & Privet Berries

I’m infatuated with blue berries right now and have been designing with them quite a bit, but wasn’t sure what’s what. I posted photos of blue berries on our Facebook page to get some feedback on what’s what, this is what we came up with:

Ligustrum vulgare Black Berries

Ligustrum vulgare, common name is Privet

Ligustrum sinense

Privet, Ligustrum sinense

viburnum blue berries

Viburnum Tinus

Viburnum Blue Berries

Viburnum dentatum, Blue Muffin

Ligustrum sinense Privet Berries

White avalanche roses from Neve Brothers with Privet berries.

blue berries dark eye anemones

Viburnum dentatum, Blue Muffin and Ligustrum vulgare, common name is Privet combined with garden roses and dark-eye anemones.

Did you know that Privet/Ligustrum is part of the Oleaceae (Olive Family)??
Thank you to everyone that commented on the facebook page, I love learning something new!!
