Martha Stewart Weddings predicted back in January that Ombre would be a trend this wedding season.
I guess she was right!
Ombre is a design technique used mainly in textiles but recently this design application can bee seen in hair design, paper creaft and floral design.
Concise Oxford English Dictionary © 2008 Oxford University Press:
▶adjective (of a fabric) having a design in which the colour is graduated from light to dark.
– origin Fr., past part. of ombrer ‘to shade’.
Here are some great designs I have recently stumbled on during my early morning blog jumping.
