How did you start your business?
I decided to do wedding and event design after many years designing silk and dried florals for home and
business. I always did fresh flowers too , and decided to learn more, took many Ron Morgan classes, went to the Floral design Institute, and did Nancy Liu Chin’s Wedding Academy course .We are a year and 1/2 new.

What is your design aesthetic?
Classic with a Modern twist!

What inspires you?
The Arts. Nature, all fields of Design, and every day.

What are the trends, flowers & colors that are unique to your region?
I think vintage and eco friendly weddings are popular. I have so many color palettes, no two are alike, but purple and yellow and pinks are popular this summer..And in terms of flowers, having the San Francisco Flower Market gives a designer every possible choice to design with.
We are very lucky to have this amazing source!

Are you a retail shop, studio/warehouse or home based?
Home studio.

Do you offer any services in addition to floral designs?
We offer invitations, escort cards, menus, and all graphics.

What does your toolbox look like?
Knife, tape, clippers, paper towels, pins, ribbons, water, gloves, band aids, a turkey baster and my
lipstick.

What tool in your toolbox can’t you live without?
My knife and my clippers.

What’s your favorite flower?
Casablanca lilies and Peonies!
